Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Identifiers you give us: name, email address, telephone number and postal address when you make a booking request or contact us.

Booking information: your dates, group size, the property you are interested in and any notes you send us.

Payment information: handled entirely by our third-party payment processors. We never receive or store your full card number.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site.

2. How we use it

To process and confirm your reservation, to answer your questions, to coordinate your stay, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

To send you marketing email, but only if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it, and we will still send transactional messages about a booking you have made.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers we need to run the business: our property management and booking platform, our payment processors, our email provider and our website host. Each is bound to use it only to provide that service.

We may also disclose information where required by law or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

5. Data security

We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls and the security practices of our vendors. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email the request to info@flatheadlakeluxurylodging.com or send it through our contact form — say in the message that it is a privacy request and give the email address you used with us, so we can find your records — and we will respond within 30 days. You may also write to us at the postal address in section 9.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we make a material change we will update the effective date above and post a notice on the site.
