1. Services

Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging provides luxury vacation rental services in Lakeside, Montana. Through this site you may browse properties, view availability and make booking requests. All bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by the property manager.

2. Booking and payments

Reservations are processed through our booking platform and payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete card numbers.

This site publishes no rates. Rates vary by season, length of stay and group size, and are quoted for your dates. The total you are shown before you confirm, including cleaning, fees and taxes, is the amount that applies.

Cancellation and refund terms are presented at the time of booking and form part of your reservation agreement.

3. Use of the property

The maximum occupancy stated for each property is a limit, not a guideline. Events, parties and gatherings beyond the registered guest count require prior written approval.

House rules for each property are provided with your booking confirmation and form part of your reservation agreement.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during their stay.

4. Shared amenities

The heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, fire pit and grounds are shared by guests of all properties unless the whole estate is booked. They are used at your own risk, children must be supervised, and we may close any amenity temporarily for maintenance or safety.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to impersonate any person or entity, or to transmit harmful content. We may terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and code, is the property of Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
