About The Lakeside House

The Lakeside House is one open room with a loft above it: a vaulted ceiling, walnut trim and quartzite counters, a geometric gold accent wall, and floor-to-ceiling windows onto the pines. A glass garage door rolls up along one side, so the kitchen and the living space open straight onto the patio and the grill. The loft bedroom holds two queen beds under the sloped ceiling, and it sleeps four. It is two minutes from downtown Lakeside and far enough into the trees that guests describe it as the middle of nowhere.

  • A glass garage door that rolls up onto the patio

Reviews of The Lakeside House

★★★★★

We spent 3 days here and loved every minute. We stayed in Lakeside House and the home was comfy and just as described. The area was peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains and the hot tub and pool were a perfect way to end the day each day. We spent our days hiking near Flathead lake, exploring the area and snowboarding at Whitefish resort was epic. We will definitely be back!

Had a very nice and relaxing stay! Close to town, but still feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. The Lakeside looked exactly as pictured and was very clean! Would love to stay again.

My fiance and I stayed here for our engagement anniversary this April and it was truly the most relaxed I've been out of town. From the peace and quiet of the woods to the gorgeous views of the lake in the morning, absolutely breathtaking. They were quick to respond to any questions and extremely friendly when we met the owner.

The Lakeside House, in detail

How many people does The Lakeside House sleep?

The Lakeside House sleeps up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are 2 queen beds in the loft.

What does The Lakeside House cost per night?

Rates at The Lakeside House vary by season, length of stay and group size, so we quote your dates rather than publish a starting figure. Ask with the booking panel on this page, or through the contact form at https://flatheadlakeluxurylodging.com/contact/, and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Does The Lakeside House include the pool and hot tub?

Yes. Guests of The Lakeside House have full access to the shared estate amenities, at no extra cost: the heated swimming pool, the hot tub, the fitness center, the game room, the fire pit area, the putting green and the BBQ grills.

Where exactly is Flathead Lake Luxury Lodging?

The estate is in Lakeside, Montana, on the west shore of Flathead Lake, two minutes from the water and downtown Lakeside. Glacier Park International Airport is 35 minutes away, and the west entrance of Glacier National Park is 45 minutes.

How far is it from Glacier National Park?

About 45 minutes by car to the west entrance at West Glacier. That makes a day in the park comfortable without staying inside it, where lodging is far more limited and books out much earlier.

How many people can stay on the estate?

Up to 28 overnight guests across the five homes when the whole estate is booked. Individually, The Swan House sleeps 14, The Lakeside House and The Glacier House sleep 4 each, and The Ridge and The Summit sleep 3 each.
