Event questions

How many guests can the venue hold?

Up to 200 guests for a ceremony and reception, with a 3,200 square foot event center on the estate. Overnight capacity is 28 across the five homes, so the wedding party and close family can stay on site.

Do we have to book the whole estate for a wedding?

Yes. An event needs The Full Estate, all five stays, so all 15 acres are exclusively yours with nobody else on the property. Contact us to confirm your dates and stay requirements. The Compound, the three full-size houses, is a stay rather than a venue: the treehouses stay bookable, so the estate is not yours alone.

Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?

Yes. The estate is an open-vendor venue, so you choose your own caterer, planner, photographer and bar service. Ask us and we will share the local vendors our couples have used and recommended.

When should we book a wedding date?

Summer and early autumn Saturdays at Flathead Lake are usually claimed twelve to eighteen months ahead. Send your date through the contact form and we will tell you honestly what is still open.
