The five homes
Up to 28 overnight guests across the five homes when the whole estate is booked. Individually, The Swan House sleeps 14, The Lakeside House and The Glacier House sleep 4 each, and The Ridge and The Summit sleep 3 each.
They are separate buildings on shared grounds, not wings of one house. Everybody is together at the fire pit and everybody has their own front door at bedtime, which is the difference between a reunion that works and one where nobody sleeps.

For a wedding, a reunion or a company offsite the whole estate is the product: exclusive use of the grounds, the heated pool, the hot tub, the fitness center and the game room, with event capacity for 200 guests and a 3,200 square foot event center.
